As a registered library user, you can produce a letter of authorisation via your online user account. An authorised person will have permission to borrow, pick up, renew or return media. A presentation of the thoska card is not required.
After submission of your inquiry, you will receive a confirmation mail with the letter of authorisation attached to it. Please print and sign the document for official validation. In case a thoska card got lost, letters of authorisation need to be renewed as well.
