Your user account allows you to keep track of borrowed media, loan periods and personal data. It will be generated by default with your registration in the library.
Password: By default, it is your date of birth (DDMMYYYY). We recommend to change your password after your first login due to safety reasons.
Note: Your login data also apply for our self service machines and your interlibrary loan account.
In case of loss of password please request a new one. You will receive a temporary password which we advise to change subsequently.

You can renew media the following ways:
Every user is allowed to renew items three times before these need to be shown at the desk. A new loan is generally possible. Reserved media have to be returned and cannot be renewed.
Please contact the interlibrary loan department directly via mail regarding the renewal of interlibrary loans.
Create an interlibrary loan account and add interlibrary loan credits to place orders via interlibrary loan.
The interlibrary loan password can be reset or the deletion of the interlibrary loan account can be requested.
