The Thuringian University and State Library (ThULB) is significantly expanding its portfolio of transformation agreements in 2024. This represents a further step towards enabling researchers at Friedrich Schiller University Jena to publish their research results in open access. The publication costs are borne by the ThULB, so that no separate publication costs are incurred for researchers at the University of Jena. The following agreements will be added to the existing Open Access services in 2024
ACM Digital Library
The ACM Digital Library is a comprehensive database on information technology. Researchers at the University of Jena can publish in the provider's portfolio in Hybrid Open Access via the ThULB agreement.
American Chemical Society Journals (ACS)
The American Chemical Society publishes important journals, particularly in the field of chemistry. Researchers at the University of Jena can publish in both Gold and Hybrid Open Access journals via the ThULB agreement.
Rockefeller University Press
The Rockefeller University Press publishes several journals of importance in biomedicine, in which FSU researchers can publish research articles in open access via the ThULB from 2024.
Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC)
The Royal Society of Chemistry publishes important journals in chemistry and related disciplines in which FSU researchers can publish in both Gold and Hybrid Open Access via the ThULB agreement.
Taylor & Francis
Taylor & Francis is an important publisher, particularly in the humanities and social sciences, in whose hybrid journal titles FSU researchers will be able to publish their research results in open access via the ThULB from 2024.
The Company of Biologists
The Company of Biologists publishes a number of journals relevant to biology, in which researchers will be able to publish in Gold and Hybrid Open Access via the ThULB from 2024.
