Important information!

The ThULB is changing its reminder procedure for reasons of sustainability and resource conservation.

As of 2025, reminders for the 1st and 2nd reminder will be sent to the e-mail addresses listed in the library system. The 3rd reminder will continue to be sent via post by registered mail.

If you have not stated an e-mail address in your library account, you will receive all reminders by regular mail. Additional postage costs will be incurred for the dispatch.

An overview of your personal data stored in the ThULB (including postal address, e-mail address, user number and duration of your user authorisation) can be found in your user account under the menu item ‘Personal data’.
