In addition to the already activated service areas (see news article from 02.05.23), enquiries about Open Access and electronic publishing as well as funding applications for our Open Access Publication Fund can now be submitted quickly and directly via the ThULB's Service Desk:

1. Request for Open Access/Electronic Publishing
   You can use this form to send us your enquiries about Open Access and electronic publishing.
    
2. Open Access funding request
   You can now use this Formular to submit funding applications for our Open Access Publication Fund.

The Service Desk will gradually be expanded to include other service areas of the ThULB.

General information

Members of the University of Jena can log in to the Service Desk Portal with their URZ login. External users receive access after one-time registration with their personal e-mail address. You will receive help on this via instructions from the Computer Centre of the University of Jena.
